that her cakes all taste as good as they look. All Samantha's
cakes are homemade personally by Samantha and come in a variety of
flavours and coverings. Here are a few of the flavours/coverings
available. If you don't
see what you like from this list, please just ask!.
Samantha's famous chocolate fudge cake
- Deliciously moist - mouth-wateringly more-ish
Bruges Delight - A satisfyingly moist
chocolate cake, the filling is a chocolate and cream combination giving
a rich and bitter "proper" Belgian chocolate cake
Scrumptious Sponge
- That can be
flavoured in any way with: lemon, orange, cherry, coconut and fruit to
name but a few
Rich Fruit Cake -
Crammed full of
fruit, nuts and brandy. (Ingredients can be altered to suit
individual specifications e.g. no nuts)
Creole Fruit Cake -
For something a
little different - contains a selection of rum, fruits and nuts.
Cakes can be covered:
in a complimentary chocolate topping, with buttercream, sugar paste, a
lovely natural marzipan, royal icing or a combination.
Fruit cakes are at
their best after a few months of maturing.
NB: All portion
sizes are given approximately. This should be the minimum you
would expect from a cake cut into medium/large slices.
Only fruit cakes
contain nuts but please be aware that all cakes may have traces of nuts.
